We begin every new program with a research and discovery phase. During this time, we will assign a primary point of contact to learn more about your needs and customize a solution to best meet your requirements. Next, we create a transition plan and launch the pilot program. Finally, we ramp up to full implementation.

How long does it take to get started?

We begin all new projects with a pilot program to investigate and assess your needs. Pilots typically begin within 30 days. Upon completion of the pilot program, we activate these findings into a full-scale roll out in 60-90 days.

What specialties do you support?

We are proficient in most medical specialties in the United States today and are always open to your suggestions for new additions.

What is the turnaround time on claims?

Most claims and transitions are processed in under 48 hours, and all claims older than 30 days will be scheduled for follow up.

Is there a contract?

Yes. Our Master Service Agreement (MSA) stipulates turnaround time, follow up schedules and more.

Can I track my accounts?

Yes. Our Vital Signs system allows you to login in any time from anywhere to monitor your accounts. We also provide regular reports, and you can contact us at any time for additional information.
