Chief Development Officer

Athens-based Chief Development Officer Phillip Peacock transitioned his vast industry knowledge, honed during more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare resource sector to WorldSource Healthcare in early 2013.

Peacock, whose forte is healthcare services outsourcing, has dedicated his professional career to designing and implementing operational guidelines for a myriad of successful startup healthcare resource companies. He now applies his operational expertise in large scale transitions, creative marketing and ambitious growth strategies to WorldSource’s U.S. management, support and transition office, as well as the company’s two Philippines BPO facilities and continuing international expansion.

He is an intensely careful observer of the human condition and is it this gift, combined with an inherent tendency to easily connect with most anyone, that offers WorldSource’s valued clients a relationship manager in the truest sense of the phrase.

Peacock’s extensive international business travels provide him a unique and finely honed view of the global knowledge and business process outsourcing movement, while strategic analysis of existing markets gives Peacock a fresh approach to healthcare resource outsourcing. This approach includes an eagle-eyed focus on only one highly targeted niche market, but it is as much his innate foresight of the big picture that makes him such a priceless commodity at WorldSource.

Peacock relies on a reciprocal emotional partnership of the outsourcing relationship to individualize and seamlessly integrate the outsourcing experience to each of the company’s ever-expanding client base.

As a well-respected startup strategist, Peacock has been influential in the development and marketing of outsourcing healthcare resources through consistent brand management and partnership cultivation. Before joining WorldSource, he completed a successful eight-year stint at Global Healthcare Resources as the Vice President Corporate Development where he rebranded and rapidly grew the company. In a prior role, he doubled transcription vertical revenue in less than one year. It is expected he will bring the same highly motivated mentality to his role at WorldSource.

Peacock lives with his dog, Juno, and enjoys exploring the Atlanta culinary scene.
